Clean up services for Commercial & Condominium Properties
In order to obtain a detailed proposal, it is recommended to follow the following procedures when requesting a proposal for summer property maintenance services.

1. Please come prepared with a written tender indicating your site specifications and service dates. We usually recommend a property maintenance seasonal contract term to be from April 15th to November 15th. This allows ample time to begin in the spring, and finish the clean ups in the fall.

Here are some examples of common services provided by our company:
• Spring clean up – Is sweeping and power flushing of parking areas required once or twice per season?

• Cut and trim all turf areas – is usually done weekly or as needed

• Litter pick up – may include litter on the property and/or maintenance of outdoor garbage receptacles and ash trays

• Aeration and de-thatching of all turf areas – recommended once per year

• Organic fertilizer, weed control & pest management (see organic lawn care section for further details

• Necessary pruning, trimming and fertilizing of trees and shrubs as required

• Full garden bed maintenance including de-weeding

• Continuous fall clean ups until snow fall


2. When your tender is prepared, we invite you to contact our office to obtain our address or fax number. Tenders can also be e-mailed.

3. An advisor will promptly visit the site by appointment or by himself with the specifications provided to determine a price in accordance to your stipulations.

4. A detailed proposal will be faxed, e-mailed, mailed or delivered to your office by the due date indicated on your tender. Customarily included in our proposal is proof of liability insurance and certificate of WSIB insurance. If additional information is required such as references or a complete list of our equipment that might be used at your property, these can be included as well at your request.
