Selective Demolition was founded in 1999 by Dan Plante and Karl Celtnieks, who had already achieved success as the founders and principals of Capitol Drywall Inc. Since so much of the tenant drywall work they were performing followed demolition and strip-outs, it made sense economically and logistically to bundle the two disciplines.

We started with small tenant jobs in 1999, and have since become the first and only call you'll need for complete demolition and disposal services.
